Assumptions about how many calories that could be in it? Ive tried to look, and most are about 600 calories, but that's pickled vegetables, cheese, tomatoes, and all these things that I did not.

All legally processed packaged sandwiches should be a breakdown of all components, including calories, fat, sodium, etc. If you only have a 1 / 2 roast beef dinner with sub mayo, I suppose it is "just. 350-400 Calories , with a little meat and bread, no cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes.
